We accept most common graphic applications including Quark and InDesign.

Native files should be submitted as reader spreads versus printer spreads. Be sure to include all images in CMYK format and supply both screen and printer fonts. Fonts that are stylized within the program (i.e. Arial with bold and italics applied) may not print correctly unless font is loaded into your system (Arial Bold Italic). All images used should be 300 dpi or greater at actual size.

PDF files when created correctly are reliable final files. However, since PDFs are not easily edited, take care in creating them. Make sure all fonts and images are embedded and all images are CMYK. Conversion of RGB images can create a severe color shift. Check for bleeds and crop marks and send documents as individual pages rather than spreads. Microsoft Word and Publisher documents are not preferred file formats for high quality commercial printing. Please inquire about receiving help converting your Microsoft documents into a format that works more efficiently.
